Essential Oils and Breast Enlargement Tips

Breast Tips,Essential oils, also known as ethereal or volatile oils are liquid substances obtained from different plants mainly by distillation. They are widely used in cosmetics, perfumes and soaps as well as in aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is a branch of alternative medicine based on herbs and fragrant plants. They have been used in medical practices in the ancient world for millennia and rediscovered by the French chemist Rene Gattefosse (1881 – 1950). He established the term “aromatherapie” and was conducting research into the effects of essential oils on various diseases.

Today, aromatherapy is used generally in two ways: inhalation (taking the essential oil by breathing) and topical treatment (by a massage). Aromatherapy has proved its effectiveness in healing respiratory problems, mild anxiety, headaches, menstrual pains, hair loss, etc. This therapy is also highly recommended for breast enlargement. Plants which are rich in phyto hormones similar to the female estrogen (responsible for the development of the breasts) are Fenugreek and Fennel. So, essential oils distilled from these herbs are the most common oils used for breast enhancement. Geranium oil also helps in achieving good results.

Try the following recipe for home made breast enhancing essential oil: mix Geranium oil (9 drops) and Ylang ylang oil (16 drops) with Almond oil (50 ml). Instead of Almond oil, you can use any other base oil similar to the human sebum such as Peach or Apricot essential oil. Use the mixture to massage your breast twice daily for at least 3 months. Essential oils of Lavender and Tea-tree are also effective breast enlargers: add equal parts (just a few drops) of Lavender oil and Tea-tree oil to a body lotion and massage your breasts twice a day.

While using essential oils, bear in mind that a skin irritation or allergic reactions may occur. So, professional aromatherapists give some useful tips:

* Never use undiluted essential oil directly on the skin.

* Do a test for allergic reactions before using essential oils.

* Avoid applying citrus essential oils on the skin before sun bathing.
